Kheerganga Trek lies at an altitude of 10000 ft. near Tosh Village in Parvati Valley of Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh.KheerGanga is a holy place with a hot water spring, a small temple of Lord Shiva and a bathing tank. It makes a rare combination for any trekker to bath in hot spring water when everything is covered by snow. Kheerganga is an easy to moderate trek which can take up to 5 hours to climb from Barshaini.The trek offers the cultural experience of small villages, waterfall and crossing an old wooden bridge.This trek can be a perfect choice for a weekend break from Delhi or a side adventure while visiting Manali.

Day 1 Arrive at Kasol
You are expected to arrive by 8.00 am at Kasol where our representative will greet you and brief about the trek.Soon after we will take a drive to reach the trek start point Barshani at around 9:30 am.Barshaini serves as the base for this trek. Trek for Kheer Ganga starts from here.We will have a quick break for breakfast at Barshaini before starting the trek. The initial lap of 1 km is steep and gives your a good induction hike. The total trek length is 11 KM and it will take 5 hrs to reach Kheer Ganga.The trek offers a cultural experience of visiting small mountain villages, waterfalls and adventure moment of crossing an old wooden bridge. Kheer Ganga is alpine pasture. After reaching delicious snacks will be served with hot Tea. Enjoy the sunset will provide a magical view.

Day 2: Explore Kheer Ganga
From KheerGanga one can get a terrific view of the Himalayas. There is also a natural hot water spring which can be enjoyed on either day, The front view is am amazing dense pine tree of Pir Punjal Range which is often covered with clouds.After a healthy breakfast, we will start our return trek to reach Barshani.
And then you can return back to Manikaran or Kasol to for lunch before reaching Bhunter to catch our Delhi Bus

Distance by road:
Delhi - Manali - Delhi tickets can be booked by White Peaks Adventures at subsidised rates.
Kasol-Manikaran can be reached by getting down at Bhunter which in before Manali (Delhi-Manali route). From Bhunter one can hire a cab or as us to arrange to reach kasol which is a 2 hr journey. Manali is well connected to Delhi. Take an overnight bus from Delhi and you will reach Manali in 12 - 14 hours(approx 540 KMS). Tickets can be booked by Himalayan Adventure Trips (contact us).Since Delhi Manali is a long journey most Volvo private buses leave Delhi between 5 pm and 6 pm. The last govt bus leaves at 8.30 pm from ISBT Kashmere Gate. Volvo buses charges between Rs.1,000 to 1,400 per sector from Delhi to Manali and vice versa as per the seoson. Manali to Delhi: Like the onward journey, buses leave from Manali to Delhi between 4 and 5 p.m. Your tentative arrival at Delhi may be anywhere between 6 a.m and 10 a.m. Plan your onward journeys only post noon giving enough buffer for bus delay
Nearest Railway Station:
Nearest Railway station is Ambala (350 kms) and Chandigarh (310 kms). Tip: Regular Volvo and Buses are available from Chandigarh to Manali in the evening. Volvo buses charges between Rs.700 to Rs.1,000 per sector from Chandigarh to Manali and vice versa.
Nearest Airport is Bhuntar is 60 Kms. Bhuntar, which is 52 km away from Manali, is the nearest airport. Taxi services are available from Bhuntar to Manali, which costs about Rs.700 - Rs.1,000. Bhuntar is well connected to Delhi by air. The airliners that take you to this Airport are Indian Airlines, Kingfisher airlines, MDLR Airlines and Jagson Airlines, operating flights from Delhi and Chandigarh to Kullu.
