Overview
Meaning ‘lake’ in the local dialect, ‘Sar’ pass is one of the Pir Punjal Range’s most popular treks. Located in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh it covers the picturesque Parvati Valley, and its abundant natural beauty: snow-clad mountains, perennial streams, waterfalls, and lush green forests. Begin at Zirmi, venturing through meadows and surrounded by mountainscapes, on to  Tila Lotni before summiting the Sar Pass. During this trek, you will witness some of India’s most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, as well as its best preserved virgin forests. Situated at an altitude of 14000 feet, the Sar Pass is considered a moderate trek, but a great induction into the world of high altitude trekking.
